🔄 Returns Policy

At South Coast Pool Company, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

📦 What Can Be Returned?

We accept returns on most unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. This includes:

  • Pool chemicals (unopened and sealed)

  • Pool cleaning equipment (unused and in original packaging)

  • Replacement parts and accessories (unopened or unused)

❗Please note:

  • Custom orders, special-order parts, and services (like maintenance or repairs) are non-refundable.

  • For sanitary and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used pool chemicals or opened filter media.

⏱️ Return Window

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your delivery date.

  • Items must be returned in original condition and original packaging.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
