Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return your product for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. To be eligible for a return the product must be: 

• Requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
• In good condition with all components included. 
• Not damaged from misuse or poor handling/storage. 
• Accompanied with a receipt.

Warranties 

All products come with supplier warranties. South Coast Pool Company can assist you with processing warranty claims with the manufacturer. Simply email us if you have a warranty claim.
